Those who failed, stood back up, and continued to create despite having no large community, no support system, and no certainty as to whether Vietnamese indie games could ever succeed. But they proved just how much of an impact Vietnamese indie games can make. They built the foundation upon which today’s generation stands firm. The Indie Games VN Awards 2025 might never have happened without the games that came before.

And now, let’s join Indie Games VN in looking back at the classic Vietnamese indie titles and honoring the people who created them.
