About this game
Cờ Long Phượng is a Vietnamese community-developed strategy game with roots close to Shogi and its own rules. Orange and Green take turns deploying and moving pieces, seeking to checkmate the opposing king.
Its distinctive mechanisms are rotation, stacking, and drops. Many pieces can rotate 90 degrees to change their movement direction. Friendly pieces can form stacks that move according to the top piece. Captured pieces may change sides and return to the board under the drop rules.
