Một lần nữa, đây là hạng mục danh giá nhất của Indie Games VN Awards 2025. Indie Game of the Year không dành cho game có doanh số cao nhất, mà đây là danh hiệu dành cho tựa game thể hiện sự xuất sắc toàn diện, là tổng hòa của sáng tạo, chất lượng và tác động sâu sắc đến cộng đồng game indie Việt Nam.
